Sourcing Process
To best support clients who are ready to begin their search, I currently offer a tailored shopping experience designed to make the process seamless and transparent eliminating any guesswork.
Once we receive an email with your inquiry detailing your preferences (diamond size and your budget) we will send 2-4 curated diamond options, complete with specs, videos, and pricing. After you select your stone, we place a 24-hour hold and send out an invoice of $100 as a sourcing fee. This fee goes toward the price of your stone!
Payment is processed upfront using a secure system, and we cannot guarantee availability beyond the 24-hour window. Once we receive your payment your stone makes its way to us. After the stone lands at our office we perform quality checks. Then we take photos, videos, microscope images of the IGI inscription, and provide a digital copy of the grading report. Next step, your diamond is on the way to you via 2 day UPS shipping!
Please allow 1-4 weeks from beginning to end, finding the perfect diamond takes time.
