Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return on your loose stone - only loose stones are eligible for return. Custom designs are not eligible and cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return of a loose diamond or gem, your order must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
